HHA / ESCORT JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Works one-on-one with a patient to manage their immediate needs while freeing medical staff to treat others in their care.
- Your duties include the transport of a patient from one unit or location to another.
- You may also transfer individuals from a wheelchair to a bed and vice versa.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Updated Physical Form
- Updated PPD/QuantiFERON
- MMRV Lab works
- 1 Valid ID
- Social Security Card copy
- Resume
- HHA Certificate
