About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver, Home Health Aide, Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and Companion to join our team at SYNERGY Homecare of East Haven. We Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement, while providing personal care and assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders. You will also establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Provide personal care to clients as needed

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aid/ Nurse assistant

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
