Testing, Hypercare & Training Lead

*Authorized to work in the US required; US Citizenship preferred*Remote Position TBD*Applicants residing in the DMV area preferred as the client is located in Maryland*Three references requiredPOSITION DESCRIPTION:The Testing, Hypercare & Training Lead will lead testing, go-live readiness, hypercare operations, and end-user adoption activities to ensure a stable transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and manage testing strategy (SIT, UAT)Coordinate defect tracking and resolutionLead hypercare operations and incident coordinationEnsure priority-1 issues meet response expectations during hypercareLead training and documentation efforts, including UPK artifactsSupport user readiness and change adoption activitiesREQUIREMENTS:10+ years of experience with ERP testing and trainingERP testing and go-live leadership experienceExperience managing hypercare and post-go-live stabilizationTraining and documentation experience in Oracle Cloud environmentsStrong coordination and communication skillsExperience supporting mission-critical systems Think Tank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
