Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years needed for 1st shift in a family-owned high precision tool & die shop.Must be proficient in using electrical testing equipment and capable of diagnosing and repairing CNC machinery. Must also have a working knowledge of industrial hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical wiring. Experience with general facility maintenance on more difficult (plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical repairs).PLC programming to include test, simulate, troubleshoot and integrate systems.Forklift operation is a plus. Repairs and maintains machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, fans, leadscrews and bearings on Mills, Lathes, and Grinders etc.Ability to research internet to find repair procedures and replacement parts new and used.Working knowledge of Alar filtration system operation and repair.Performs preventive maintenance duties as assigned.High School Degree/GED requiredMust be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have good verbal communication skills including a fluency in English.
