Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with feeding and medication administration as needed
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Participate in develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:
Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of New York
Prior experience as a CNA preferred
Ability to communicate in Persian a plus
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance when needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
