Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound dressing, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assist with transferring residents, mobility, and range of motion exercises
Report any changes in residents' conditions, concerns, or needs to the nurse and other care team members
Assist with medication administration and treatments under the supervision of licensed nurses
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
Participate in resident care conferences and report to the care team
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues
