Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing team
Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring patient satisfaction and comfort
Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to infection control standards
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document patient care and progress, accurately and timely
Essential Qualifications:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
