What you’ll take on
  • Keep facility power and equipment humming across 120/208/240/480 VAC systems through expert maintenance and repair.
  • Lead machine safety inspections and confirm compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Diagnose and correct faults in Variable Frequency Drives and Programmable Logic Controllers.
  • Service and fine‑tune servo motors for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Work confidently across platforms and hardware from Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens.
  • Partner with maintenance teammates to boost equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Document work thoroughly—repairs, inspections, configurations, and findings—maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute ideas and effort to continuous improvement to elevate operational efficiency.
What you bring
  • Hands‑on experience as a maintenance electrician (or closely related role) in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Deep understanding of electrical distribution and controls across 120/208/240/480 VAC.
  • Proven history executing and documenting machine safety checks and compliance activities.
  • Comfort configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing VFDs and PLCs.
  • Practical experience working with servo motors and supporting technologies.
  • Ability to navigate and service equipment leveraging Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens systems.
  • Sharp troubleshooting instincts, meticulous attention to detail, and clear communication.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional maintenance partners.
  • Relevant electrical maintenance certifications or licenses are a plus.
