Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, transfers, and mobility exercises
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Ensure a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Work closely with licensed nurses to deliver top-notch care and support
Requirements
Current STNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
