Job Description
CNA Coordinator
Seeking a compassionate and motivated CNA Coordinator. This position plays a key role in a Critical Access Hospital, providing leadership and oversight to CNAs while assisting nurses with direct patient care for a diverse resident population.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assist CNAs to ensure resident care is provided correctly and in compliance with regulations.
Work with nurses to oversee clinical care through rounding and observation of resident rooms and common areas.
Provide direct resident care with a focus on their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Evaluate CNA performance and report observations (both positive and negative) to their supervisor.
Function as a collaborative team member, assisting staff with various tasks and demonstrating a proactive approach.

Help orient new employees and maintain strong working relationships with staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: CNA Certification is required. Previous CNA experience is preferred. Van Safety and Restorative Aide Training are a plus.
Skills: Must be punctual, dependable, and possess strong interpersonal skills. The ability to work under stress and with frequent interruptions is essential.
Physical: Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
Additional Information
Schedule: This is a non-exempt, hourly position with five 8-hour rotating shifts.
