As our CNC Equipment Diagnostics and Installation Technician, youll be the on-site expert for customers across the Memphis / Northern Mississippi marketsworking with advanced machining and turning centers while backed by a team that clears roadblocks so you can focus on the craft.

Your impact

• Commission and install CNC equipment, ensuring accuracy and performance from day one.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issuesincluding PLC and control-level faults.
• Execute preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and extend machine life.
• Support customers with practical training and partner with sales on technical insights.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally; communicate status, next steps, and options clearly.
• Own case management and documentation to build a clean service history for each machine.
• Contribute wherever needed to keep customers productive.

What youll need to excel

• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Depth in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repair; strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Proven capability in CNC machine repair and equipment diagnostics.
