Your responsibilities will include:Performing a wide variety of building and property maintenanceScheduling and completing preventive maintenanceMonitoring and maintaining building systemsInspecting units and the overall property for maintenance needsHandling basic plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, drain snaking, and leak repairsPerforming basic electrical troubleshooting and fixture/device replacementsPainting and completing interior and exterior touch-upsMaintaining landscaping, grounds, and outdoor areasAssisting with lawn care and seasonal snow removalTraveling to additional properties as neededCoordinating and overseeing contractorsKeeping projects within established expense limitsMaintaining accurate maintenance logs and recordsMay cover after-hours maintenance emergencies as neededMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentProviding friendly, professional service to residents, contractors, and coworkersFollowing all applicable safety regulations and proceduresOther duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need years of experience to get started.
