Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is currently seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our night shift team. CNAs play a vital role in ensuring residents receive attentive, high-quality care throughout overnight hours, maintaining comfort, safety, and dignity.

As a Night Shift CNA, you will provide essential hands-on care while helping maintain a peaceful and safe environment for residents during overnight hours.

As a CNA, you will:

• Assist residents with nightly routines, including hygiene, toileting, and bedtime preparation

• Provide support with mobility, including repositioning and transfers throughout the night

• Monitor residents and promptly respond to call lights and urgent needs

• Ensure resident comfort and safety during overnight hours

• Observe and report any changes in condition to the nursing team

• Accurately document care and overnight observations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and quiet environment

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

• Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure continuity of care

• Active New Jersey CNA Certification

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Solid communication and teamwork skills

• Understanding of overnight care responsibilities and safety protocols

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified CNAs
