First Call Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to support leading manufacturing facilities throughout Central Indiana. If you have a strong background troubleshooting CNC machinery and keeping production running, we'd love to speak with you.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, and related equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Repair servo motors, drives, spindles, and machine control systems
- Read electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
- Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of CNC maintenance experience preferred
- Experience maintaining CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, or metal fabrication equipment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and machine prints
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
