Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team in New Florence, Missouri. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as ambulation, toileting, and incontinence care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and vital signs

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement resident care plans

• Participate in residents' care conferences and provide feedback on their condition and needs

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures
