Home Health Aide

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring compassionate Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), CNAs, and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) who are passionate about providing high-quality in-home care. • Competitive pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour

• Support mobility and safe transfers

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding

• Medication reminders

• Monitor and report changes in client condition

• Provide compassionate senior care and home health support

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Direct Support Professional preferred

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass background screening

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, or senior care is a plus
