Home Health Aide

The HHA will provide high-quality care to each assigned patient, resident, or client with daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident/patient/ or client's assessment and plan of care.

Job Responsibilities of the HHA

Required to assist or complete resident activities of daily living according to the care plan/closet care plan for assigned residents.

Activities of daily living shall include but not limited to:

· Assist CNA with bathing of residents either by the bed, shower or tub.

· Help residents get dressed or completely dressing residents unable to dress themselves

· Transport residents throughout facility

· Assist residents with feeding

Accompany residents to offsite doctor appointments

Requirements

· MUST have HHA license

· Pass ALL background checks

· Physical

· PPD

· MMR & Varicella

· Flu Vaccine
