Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, a premier resident-focused care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Jonesburg, Missouri. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and incontinence care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatments

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Respond to resident calls and alarms in a timely and efficient manner

• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and implementation of care interventions

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
