Supplier & Production Quality Technician - PPAP Validation

• Own inspections across the flow of materials: receiving, in-process, and final product verification.
• Establish, follow, and refine quality control procedures to uphold rigorous standards.
• Contribute to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to qualify new parts and implement changes confidently.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional partners to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate defects.
• Capture and communicate quality issues; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Keep meticulous records of all inspections and tests.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of quality assurance tools and industry trends.

• Proven background in quality inspection and quality control.
• Solid grasp of continuous improvement approaches.
• Hands-on exposure to PPAP in a manufacturing environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical judgment.
• Clear communicator with effective teamwork skills.
• Self-starter who manages time and multiple tasks well.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are beneficial.
