Carr Machine & Tool is seeking a reliable and motivated **Shop Support Technician **for a **full-time **position. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment — with the added stability of full-time benefits.
What You’ll Do:
Perform light mechanical assembly and assist with part finishing
Support shipping & receiving: packaging, labeling, and handling deliveries
Fill machine fluids (coolant, way oil) and assist with routine shop upkeep
Assist with general labor tasks across the shop as needed
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
U.S. citizen or green card holder
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
Position Details:
Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Hourly pay, based on experience
