Our providers work collaboratively to deliver personalized, evidence-based care while creating an environment where patients feel heard, respected and supported throughout every stage of their lives.If you are a midwife who wants to practice in a collaborative OB/GYN environment, build meaningful relationships with your patients, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do, we'd love to hear from you.About the OpportunityOur Certified Nurse Midwives provide comprehensive, full-scope midwifery care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.Responsibilities include:Providing full-scope nurse-midwifery care to patientsManaging routine obstetric and gynecologic care within the midwife's scope of practiceProviding prenatal, postpartum and women's health careEducating and counseling patients to support informed decision-makingCollaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare teamParticipating in patient care planning and clinical conferencesMaintaining accurate and timely medical recordsParticipating in practice meetings and quality improvement initiativesSupporting a positive, patient-centered experience from the first visit through ongoing carePerforming other duties consistent with the role and scope of practiceWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who brings more than clinical expertise.
