Care Connect at Home is seeking dedicated and compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team in Port St. Lucie, FL. We provide compassionate, personalized home care services that help seniors and those in need live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home.

Job Summary:

We are a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. If you enjoy helping others and want a schedule that works for you, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Meal prep and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Following personalized care plans

• Reporting any changes in condition to our team

Requirements:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience*

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
