Certified Nurse Aide CNA Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our dynamic team on a per diem basis. As a CNA at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), hygiene, and vital sign monitoring

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care

• Demonstrate a commitment to our residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Certified Nurse Aide CNA Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience in long-term care or related field preferred

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
