Is This You?- Do you enjoy switching between CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and multi-spindle screw machines?
- Can you read prints, schematics, and diagrams to plan the best machining approach?
- Do you verify parts with precision gauges and measuring instruments and adjust on the fly?
- Are you comfortable maintaining and repairing shop equipment to keep production on track?
- Operate and monitor both manual and automated machinery to manufacture precision parts and instruments.
- Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments on CNC lathes, CNC mills, grinding machines, and multi-spindle screw machines.
- Interpret technical documentation (blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and work orders) to execute operations correctly.
- Measure completed workpieces to confirm dimensional accuracy using calibrated metrology tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machine tools and associated equipment.
- Day shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Night shift: Sunday night–Friday morning, about 8:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
