Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team. As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while working alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals in a supportive long-term care environment.

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Help residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
Document resident care accurately according to facility policies
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations
Active New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
CPR certification preferred
Long-term care experience is a plus, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
