We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our skilled nursing facility in Bradford, Pennsylvania. As a CNA with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatments
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, respect, and empathy in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
