What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional nursing care aligned with individualized care plans

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Safely administer medications and treatments

• Work closely with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing

• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—but new talent is welcome!

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills

• A team-oriented mindset and compassionate approach to care
