Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with varying needs and conditions
Assist with vital signs, vital sign monitoring, and basic nursing care
Participate in patient care conferences and report changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed
