Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician under the supervision of the Licensed Nurse
Monitor and record the condition of residents, including vital signs and medication administration
Assist with resident care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:
Current certification as a Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, bend, and move confidential records and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
