Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community
Complete work orders in a timely manner
Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
Assist with apartment turns and resident move-ins
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
Help maintain the grounds and outdoor areas
Ensure the community remains safe, clean, and well-maintained
Participate in emergency on-call rotation as needed
'14; Is dependable and takes pride in quality workmanship
'14; Can troubleshoot and solve problems independently
'14; Has experience with general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry
'14; Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys helping others
'14; Can prioritize tasks and work efficiently
'14; Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
