Electro-Mechanical Assembler
1st Shift | $20.00 per Hour

A.R. Mazzotta is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturer in New Haven County. Whether you have previous assembly experience or strong mechanical aptitude, this is an excellent opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical products using hand tools and powered assembly equipment.
- Work with small components while maintaining a high level of precision and accuracy.
- Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report defects or quality concerns.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow established quality and safety procedures throughout the assembly process.
What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or small power tools.
- Ability to perform detailed work with small components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Soldering experience is a plus. Training may be available for the right candidate.
- Ability to distinguish between colors as part of the assembly and inspection process.
