Maintenance Tech/Maintenance Partner

**Job Summary:**
Do you have a passion for serving seniors and making a difference in their lives every day? Join our team as a Maintenance Partner! As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of our senior living building, preparing apartments for move-ins, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and more.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow maintenance schedules

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the inside of the building, offices, and common areas including cleaning, trash removal, and floor upkeep
- Keep the grounds in good condition by performing outside building repairs, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal
- Prepare apartments for new residents and refurbish units after move-outs
- Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for the community and equipment
