What You’ll Do:
As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to our residents by:
Assisting with daily activities and basic nursing care
Supporting residents with feeding, mobility, hygiene, and comfort
Reporting any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
Helping with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Promoting resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction
Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to support overall care
What We’re Looking For:
Current CNA certification and registration with the Florida Department of Health
Completion of a state-approved nurse aide training program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working with geriatric and general patient populations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
