Now Hiring: Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) - Brackenridge, Pennsylvania

Shift: Full time, 8hr shift: 7a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-7a plus EOW
Bonus: $2,500 Sign on Bonus!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Eden Nursing and Rehabilitation (formally known as Platinum Ridge). As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care and support to residents, including feeding, transferring, and ambulating
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Assist with medication administration and record-keeping
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
