CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

• Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

• Shift and Schedule: Weekends as needed, rotating weekends, evening shift

• Provide personal care (oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Assist with transferring and positioning residents

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts

• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding

• Maintain a clean and safe environment

• Follow state, federal, and facility policies and procedures

• Attend training and maintain certification

• License: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Team player with good communication skills

• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary

• Personal protective equipment provided

• Change of scrubs for staff working two jobs

• Hand sanitizer provided
