Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant care tasks
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
