About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Providing emotional support and promoting independence for our residents
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
