Position Overview:
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a warm, resident-focused environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to high-quality care under a new management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
Support nursing staff in providing safe, compassionate care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Document resident care and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
Help ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Participate in resident engagement, nutrition assistance, and daily hygiene routines.
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction.
