Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize case files from intake through verdict, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions, contributing to strategy discussions and case planning.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Utilize Filevine and Lead Docket to track case progress, deadlines, and tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of objectives.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation, providing attorneys with relevant information and insights.
- Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and presentations, ensuring all materials are organized and readily accessible during proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing and organizing case files from intake through verdict, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to collaborate closely with attorneys, contributing to strategy discussions and case planning.
- Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and compliance.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts.
- Proficiency in using Filevine and Lead Docket for tracking case progress and managing deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
- Experience in preparing trial exhibits and presentations, ensuring materials are organized and accessible.
