Oakwood Care Center in Middle River, MD

Shift Availability:

We offer full time and part time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of Pay: $21.00 to $25.00 ()plus shift diffs as applicable)

Sign-on Bonus up to $2,500 (limited time!)

Certification Requirement
  • Must be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in the state of Maryland

  • Medication Technicians will not be considered for this position

What You’ll Do:

  • Medication Administration

  • Medication Preparation and Handling

  • Record Keeping and Communication

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

  • Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and resident behavior

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

  • Communicate effectively with nurses, staff, and families

Requirements:

  • Certified Medication Aide(CMA) in good standing with state of Maryland

  • Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred)

  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills

  • Able to manage physical demands and emotionally rewarding work

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
