We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. About the Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality, compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Providing companionship and emotional support
Meal prep and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
Following personalized care plans
Reporting any changes in condition to our team
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate who is:
Florida HHA certified or CNA licensed
CPR certified
Current TB test
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experienced with Hoyer Lifts
Able to pass a Level II background check
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
