We are a growing sleep management company dedicated to providing excellent, compassionate care to patients across North Texas. We currently have 10 locations and continue to expand.
As we grow, we are looking for a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to help ensure our teams have the supplies, equipment, and resources they need to provide exceptional patient care.
About the Role
This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting our patient-care mission. The Coordinator will manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and logistics across multiple locations.
By keeping supplies stocked, equipment ready for use, and inventory accurately tracked, this position helps prevent disruptions and allows our clinical teams to stay focused on providing excellent care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and replenishment.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate equipment transfers, repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
- Perform inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate supply and equipment transfers between locations.
- Work with leadership, clinical teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Help ensure all 10 locations have the resources needed to operate effectively.

- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable working with inventory and computer systems.
- Willingness to travel between North Texas locations as needed.
- Experience in logistics, inventory, equipment management, or healthcare is preferred.
