About the Role:
As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include:
Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
Participating in care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment
Assist with daily living activities and support the rehabilitation and recovery process
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments
