$25 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, addressing issues efficiently to minimize disruption for residents.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior and interior appearance of the property, enhancing curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Support the team in emergency situations, providing swift and effective solutions to urgent problems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in performing routine inspections and maintenance of building systems.
- Ability to respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests, minimizing disruption for residents.
