CNA Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable resident environments
Change bed linens and ensure beds are safe and wrinkle-free
Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Follow care plans and report any changes in condition
Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion

CNA Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (in good standing)
CPR/BLS Certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions
No experience required – new CNAs encouraged to apply
