Who We’re Looking For:
We need caring and responsible individuals who:
'14; Are at least 18 years old
'14; Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and sensitivity to others’ needs
'14; Have completed a 60-hour Personal Care Homemaker Training Program (Massachusetts Council)
'14; Hold a valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
'14; Are CPR certified
'14; Have a valid driver’s license and at least one year of personal care experience
'14; Can pass all required background checks (CORI, OIG, SORI, NARS)
'14; Are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

- Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting)
- Assist with grocery shopping and appointment scheduling
