Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small to Mid-Market Accounts (Florida)
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 base + full benefits

We’re seeking a dedicated insurance professional with a strong background in commercial lines to manage a book of small to mid-sized accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of small to mid-sized commercial P&C accounts, ensuring timely renewals and excellent service delivery.
- Provide consultative support on coverages, claims, and policy changes.
- Market and quote new and renewal business using carrier relationships and rating tools.
- Collaborate with producers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and coverage.
- Maintain organized, accurate client records for compliance and renewals.
- Address and resolve coverage questions, billing inquiries, and service issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of commercial insurance experience in an independent agency setting.
- Active 220 P&C License required.
- Experience using EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Industry designations such as CIC, CRIS, CPCU are a plus.
