Job Description

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide essential hands-on care that supports the comfort and dignity of each resident. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Serving meals and assisting with feeding as needed

  • Helping residents ambulate, turn, and reposition safely

  • Following the direction of licensed nurses and medical staff

  • Maintaining a positive, supportive attitude as part of the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification in the State of Delaware

  • Prior CNA experience preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented demeanor

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with residents

  • Excellent attendance and reliability
