The Greens at Maple Leaf is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to providing high-quality care while creating a supportive, team-oriented environment where our employees feel valued and have opportunities to grow.

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines
• Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• 8-hour shifts available:
  
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Flexible scheduling for PRN staff

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time)
