Lotus Village is seeking a Resident Care Aide for full and part-time positions. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career. We are looking to fill all shifts, with Full or Part Time Available
Duties of a Resident Care Aide:
Assisting with baths/showers
Bed making, activity groups
Pass trays and answer call lights
Helping with meals and setting up the dining room, etc.
Qualifications for a Resident Care Aide:
High school diploma or GED.
Long term care experience- preferred
Sufficient experience in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved
